The first of which involved me, my GoPro, a pool, and a very brave and willing couple jumping into said pool over and over again!

Needless to say I think I got the shot....

Next up was an extremely fun wedding with a couple who was technically already married and just throwing a formal traditional gathering for the family. Josh and Whitney were super fun to work with and allowed me to get them out in streets of downtown Wilmington in the middle of the reception for some more stylized portraits. It was also a blast getting to work with Katie Biagini as the first shooter (Eric's sister-in-law). She seemed to balance my whimsy quite well and was just super sweet. It was a fun day and night!<img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mGsoe3CDl9M/TnYQHGkLcOI/AAAAAAAAAy4/EhVzoar0yUs/s400/Wedding-WS.jpg" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; Half the time I even type it wrong. However, I have always loved taking pictures. When I was little I took pictures with my little 35mm flash burning camera. It sucked when you used up those 8 little bulbs. Talk about one time use products. Sucky! The film was easy to load though. I took pictures of my He man collection, Castle Gray Skull, my sister and her dolls.

We've come quite a long way technologically since 1985, but I miss the mystery and knowing that even though they were horrible, my pictures were awesome. I know now that they are not awesome, but it's still fun to attempt to capture things around me in a split second frame, even if it is digital.

So whether it's weddings, friends, nature, surfing, or travel, I am excited to share my work and hope you enjoy it.

This is a slew of black and white film I shot about 7 years ago back in Cape Hatteras with my Canon Rebel 35mm.
